Our Applications Support team is looking for a Programmer/Analyst 3 to develop and support our business intelligence infrastructure applications and toolsets.
This individual will be responsible for Hyperion infrastructure administration and optimization, which include BI+, Essbase, Hyperion Planning and HFM with 6000+ enterprise users. This individual will also participate in one or all stages of business intelligence platform and data warehouse development, implementation, testing & problem resolution. This includes 3rd party BI software installation, configuration and patching, develop enterprise data model, design, implement and maintain enterprise data warehouse, data quality firewall, report/data distribution and master data management using current programming language and technologies, such as Informatica, Hyperion system 9 APIs, Oracle PL/SQL,and UNIX Shell scripting, completing documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance and verifying successful implementation of requested changes. This individual will also collaborate with BSA, cross-functional departments and the business community to determine solutions that address business initiatives and problems.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree and 6 + years in programming computer applications with: at least 4 years of application development experience using Oracle, Unix Scripting, Informatica, Hyperion and Java; 2 years in Unix and Windows system administration and Hyperion product configuration and administration.
•Must have good understanding of data warehouse methodologies including ETL design, data modeling, database design, and application performance tuning.
•Excellent problem solving skills.
•High integrity and desire to work in a team oriented environment.
